Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

We currently ship within the United States.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. LaThee is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@latheeimports.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at info@latheeimports.com within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
