Return Policy
At LaThee, we take pride in carefully sourcing and delivering premium extra virgin olive oil from Kalamata, Greece. Because of the nature of our products, we handle returns a bit differently than traditional retail items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@latheeimports.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible through a replacement or refund.
Returns
Due to the consumable nature of olive oil products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened bottles.
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Returned items must arrive in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost or significantly delayed in transit, please reach out and we’ll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
